Presentation Weeks

All presentation weeks have a cost of 48 pounds and you may only book one week intervals with at least a 6 week gap between each arrival date.

All presentation week holidays are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the participating resort. No prior or subsequent holidays (booked through the GDS or independently) will be authorized without prior consent from an appointed Discovery booking agent.

Failure to adhere to the above conditions may result in you being liable for the full cost of the promotional week holiday.

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for this holiday you must be travelling with your partner. This offer is only valid for the above/overleaf persons and party size. No singles are permitted to take up this offer apart from sole timeshare owners.

You will receive accommodation in a self-catering unit or hotel rooms for up to seven days; the allowed occupancy depends on the resort, normally the following rules apply, hotel rooms sleep two adults, one bedroom unit sleeps two adults plus one or two children, and two bedroom units sleep two adults plus three or four children. These resorts are of a standard timeshare quality, therefore any damage to the apartment will be your responsibility and you will be liable for any costs incurred.

Cancellation made before four weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded in whole or part; however, the booking may be placed on hold for future dates and will be valid for a period of two years. Resort bookings are non cancellable and non re-fundable.

As a couple or sole owner you will be required to attend an informal presentation, which normally takes 90 – 120 minutes.  This is to explain the benefits of our club membership, however, you are under no obligation to buy or enter in to any contract.  If you refuse, are unable, or fail to attend the presentation on offer from Timelinx, sponsorship of our accommodation will be void and paid for at your own expense and charged from the credit card used to book the holiday.

Should your personal circumstances change it is your responsibility to inform Timelinx Vacation Services prior to travel. Failure to do so will result in you being charged full rental cost for the accommodation (approx: £300).

Timelinx Vacation Services reserves the right to substitute or provide alternative accommodation due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Flight details must be forwarded to Timelinx Vacation Services at the latest four weeks prior to the date of travel.
If Timelinx Vacation Services have not received your flight details four weeks prior to date of travel we reserve the right to cancel the holiday without notice.

You are under no obligation to take up any quotes for flights, car hire or holiday insurance offered by Timelinx Vacation Services.

Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate this agreement and release us from any future liabilities.

Timelinx Vacation Services limits its responsibility to the service fee paid to Timelinx and will not be held responsible for telephone costs, taxi fares etc. incurred while on holiday. Some resorts require additional fees for the use of certain amenities and facilities. These fees are determined and collected by the host resort. Occupancy taxes and additional fees (i.e. key, security, refundable damage deposit, electricity, water, linen deposits etc.) required by certain resorts are the guests’ responsibility. No pets are allowed.

Timelinx does not assume any responsibility for any verbal agreements between yourself and a Timelinx representative that are not in writing.

Please note that Timelinx lists the details and amenities of the resort in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any variation of these. If confirmation is required the client should contact the resort directly, prior to booking.

PASSPORT / VISA / HEALTH requirements are your ultimate responsibility; if in doubt please ask for details. 

Any complaints or problems during your holiday must be brought to the attention of the resort’s administration at the time of staying, who will endeavour to rectify the situation. If the complaint is not resolved locally please write within 28 days of returning home, to Timelinx Vacation Services, Partido del la Morena, Vega del Canadon, Nave no 10, Mijas Costa, Spain with clear and concise details of the complaint. It is imperative that you communicate any complaint to the resort’s administration and obtain a record of doing so. Failure to comply with this procedure will deprive us of the opportunity to fully investigate and rectify your complaint and may affect your rights.

If there is a discrepancy with any part of this confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact Timelinx as soon as possible.
